2.Once Developer Signed and Stamp, should upload in resales tab, Once SPA executed and attached, automatically complete the resale and move(Create) record and show in Master menu and place under

Sub Stage: Resold
Highlighted (Note: This sale is Out come of Resale) Add Under Booking information"
2.Orignal booking record should be The Record will change once the Resale process is fully completed
Old Record will change to Master stage = Resale ; Substage= Resold
